> Facilities Project Administration of Rutgers - The State University of New Jersey - mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services. This project involved the replacement of the entire heating, ventilating and air-conditioning system (HVAC) in the School of Law building. The project also required the replacement and upgrading of portions of the existing electrical systems in the building that serve the HVAC systems. Scheduling of the construction was especially critical, in that, to the greatest degree possible, the building needed to continue to function normally, while construction was occurring in selected areas of the building. Phasing of this work required close cooperation between the contractor, Rutgers personnel and the BSG engineers.
